SUPERVISOR (Night Time Shift)


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Ensure all policies, processes, and procedures are done to the Professional Delivery Provider’s guidelines & expectations.


• Managing the relationship with the Client and addressing any concerns or opportunities in the Market.


• Manage assigned market area productivity through daily route planning and scheduling. Including seasonal fluctuation planning with internal leadership to support volume.


• Managing all emails/calls from clients and assisting Customer Care as needed.


• Daily proper check-in process of returning delivery trucks and following client SOP to avoid inventory discrepancies.



• Assure delivery company contractual compliance on uniforms and equipment.


• Maintain Fleet compliance (where applicable).


• Managing and reporting all Client escalations and communicating them to the proper leadership.


• Assist with Client training and SOW compliance as needed.


• Communicate Quality VOC results & communications to contractors regularly.


• Daily Route Scheduling (during assigned work schedule.)


• Follow client SOP for proper building shutdown procedures and closing process to ensure building security measures are met.


• MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Assist the client with any questions/concerns. Help support the management team with the delivery process.


• Provide action plan for assigned market area regarding continuous improvement for KPI metrics, financial control, strong client relations, and great customer service.


• Use positive reinforcement to reach our VOC goal for the market.


• Help assist with creating a relationship/ partnership with both contractor and client associates.


• Completing assigned work tasks by supervisor as required.


• Providing direction for on-site 4pl as required.




Position is for Night Supervisor

Flexible Days- Hours: 1:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Flexible Days- Hours: 1:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

40 Hour Week- Full-Time
