Job Title: Supervisor

Join our team as a Supervisor at Kate Spade New York, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, providing coaching and guidance, and ensuring that our stores are always stocked with the latest products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Coach and develop sales associates to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure that the store is always stocked with the latest products and that visual merchandising standards are met
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive sales and customer engagement
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends
