Responsibilities

Client Assistance: Provide personalized assistance to clients regarding policy inquiries, claim processing, and general insurance questions.

Customer Support: Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, policy changes, and claims processing for reference and compliance purposes.

Policy Renewals: Assist clients with policy renewals, modifications, and updates, ensuring that their insurance needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner, escalating as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current insurance products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.


Requirements

Customer Service Skills: Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship-building.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients professionally and effectively.

Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately process and update client information and policy details with precision and care.

Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude and composure.

Professionalism: Demonstrate a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and handling sensitive information.

Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance principles and terminology is a plus, but not required.
