Role Overview

As a Sales Manager in Training with Republic Homes, your primary goal is to deliver a world-class home buying experience. You will assist customers in selecting a floor plan, choosing options, and coordinating the construction process. Republic Homes is a vertically integrated company, building, selling, and insuring affordable housing across the nation. Compensation

  • Base Salary: $40k
  • Commission: Lucrative commission plan

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Republic Ambassador: Uphold Republic Homes' brand and integrity throughout the sales process.
  • Constant Learner: Develop expertise in finance, mortgage concepts, products, sales skills, and local market knowledge.
  • Customer Follow-up: Maintain customer files and provide timely follow-up through our CRM system.
  • Merchandising: Assist in selecting inventory, decorating models, and maintaining the appearance of homes.
  • Personal Prospecting: Create and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to increase traffic.
  • Product Demonstration: Present display homes and demonstrate features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Set Appointments: Schedule visits and convert ad calls and web leads into appointments.
  • Training: Participate in sales meetings, training opportunities, and other company events.
  • Team Oriented: Collaborate and contribute in a team environment, assisting with miscellaneous duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of relationship-driven business-to-consumer sales experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus but not required.
  • General understanding of the retail environment.
  • Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements related to the sale of manufactured homes.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to excel in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work required schedule, including Saturdays.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to walk the lot and show homes in all seasons.
  • Ability to move and lift furniture and promotional items (up to 75 lbs.).
  • Subject to criminal background check and drug screening.
