Sales Production Manager - WE’RE Real Estate
WE’RE Real Estate is a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate brokerage dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Production Manager to join our team.
Position Description:
The Sales Production Manager is an essential role in enhancing the productivity of our teams and agents within the brokerage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, a thorough understanding of Zillow Flex Program (along with the metrics and processes) that lead to a successful Zillow Flex Agent, a high level of proficiency in sales systems processes, and proven leadership abilities with a passion for training and developing a team in both group and individual settings. The candidate will focus more on ensuring our team operates efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the company, and less on personal production.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the real estate office team to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Manage and support a team of real estate agents, providing guidance, motivation, and performance
feedback through curated weekly 1 on 1 meetings.
- Coordinate with the WE’RE Program Directors to help develop and implement training programs for new
hires and ongoing development for existing team members.
- Assist with the creation and execution of sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing reports and insights to senior management.
- Foster a positive and collaborative office environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
- Handle administrative tasks, including reporting, hiring, and some office maintenance.
Qualifications:
Necessary
A Valid Real Estate or Brokers license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate and sales.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and goals.
- Strong knowledge of real estate industry practices, regulations, and market trends. - Proven success in, or a thorough understanding of, the Zillow Flex Program.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Google Suite and real estate CRM software and platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
