Rolle IT, LLC is a fast-growing IT Solutions firm located on Florida’s Space Coast. We are looking for a driven  Account Executive and IT Sales Consultant to join our Revenue Operations team. If you have a passion for people, technology, and an agile mindset, Rolle IT is the place for you.

Responsibilities
 

  • Prospect & Identify: Actively seek out new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and understanding their IT needs.
  • Engage & Connect: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers through effective communication and consultative selling.
  • Develop & Present: Create compelling proposals and presentations that highlight our IT solutions and their benefits to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate & Execute: Work closely with our technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Drive & Achieve: Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing strategic sales plans.

Skills

  • Deep knowledge of IT tools and services
  • Above average communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills for the purposes of closing deals
  • Good networking skills and the ability to handle numerous client companies and customers
  • Ability to work under pressure and devise sales strategies
  • Ability to explain product features and benefits in a way that stands out over competing brands
  • Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy customers’ needs
  • Resilience and a willingness to deal with rejection

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consultative Sales Experience
  • Deep understanding of IT Services and Solutions
  • Experience working in agile environments
  • Experience working in compliance driven industries
