Sales Lead Coordinator-Commission Based
Johnson Comfort is looking for a Sales Lead Coordinator to join our team in our Franklin office. This individual will drive customer satisfaction via out-bounding and follow up calls to customers to enhance the customer experience by helping them resolve their home service needs. The ideal candidate has a sales oriented, customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service and remain opportunity focused in every customer interaction. This is a commission-based role with fallback pay as needed, schedule to be discussed.

Benefits
  • Commission based, earning $5 per five-star review + $10 per booked appointment that does not get cancelled, a percentage of quotes closed/sold by technicians, a percentage of club memberships sold and quotes sold, with fallback pay of $300/weekly. Commission is uncapped.

Responsibilities
  • Reports to: Customer Care Manager
  • Outbound calls to customers to enhance the customer experience and address all needs
  • Follow up calls regarding customer needs/areas of improvement
  • Consult and sell based on customer success: Advise customers on leveraging products/services based on their unique needs
  • Maintain basic working product knowledge: Ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic
  • Efficiently dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians to residential locations as needed, ensuring prompt and accurate service in response to customer requests
  • Track interactions in CRM: Record customer interactions in the internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development
  • Perform outbound calls to customers and perform upselling responsibilities
  • Conduct service-related, follow-up calls to check in on past customers and assess their current needs

What We Are Looking For  
  • High School Diploma/GED is required
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Sales mindset, experience is a plus
  • High level of customer service
  • Telephone Etiquette
  • HVAC experience a plus, but not required
  • Go-getter mentality and ambitious
  • High attention to detail and good organization skills
  • Good computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude and winner mentality
  • 1-2 years proven experience in supporting customer success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a professional and technical level
  • Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
  • Passion for delighting customers with above-and-beyond service
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and grow, actively seeking opportunities for personal and professional development
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual a plus, but not required
