What To Expect In This Position….

At The Premiere Group, we are driven by a mission to build and scale businesses that solve customer problems. This spans numerous industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Heavy Equipment, FinTech, Construction, and Electric Car Rentals. We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in marketing strategy, account management, and digital ad management to lead and execute our marketing initiatives for multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and execution of brand strategies for various brands, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Consultation: Serve as the primary point of contact for various brands, providing strategic advice and ensuring their marketing needs are met.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal team to collaborate on and delegate tasks..
  • Email Campaigns: Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (paid social, paid search, etc).
  • Performance Analysis: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to make informed decisions and improve future campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing account management, digital ad specialist, marketing speiciaist or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, etc).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly preferred that candidate already be located in the Columbia, MO area.
