Job DescriptionJob Description

Performs the duties and responsibilities commensurate with the assigned functional area within a department(s) which may include, but are not limited to, any combination of the following tasks:

  • Provide outstanding, high-quality, professional customer service to both our internal and external customers.

  • Provide assistance in producing customer analyses, trending reports, and proposals. Assembling spreadsheets and physical documents as needed.

  • Mine data, analyze and prepare presentation materials.

  • Assemble RFP’s

  • Attend weekly/monthly sales meetings and take notes as appropriate.

  • Input data daily into Snapshots.

  • Complete data entry needs and label/stuff mailings for Account Executives and Sales Management.

  • Sort and compile sales reports for each corresponding month.

  • Coordinate sales related events.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for individuals in the sales team.

  • Compile and organize information for monthly recognition meetings.

  • Be available to back up front desk Receptionist on days off, breaks and lunch breaks by answering reception calls and being the front point of contact in the Branch.

  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
