The Opportunity


As the Senior Manager of Technology Operations (TechOps), you will be responsible for leading a team of Platform Engineers, Managed Service Providers and Service Desk Technicians in supporting Credibly’s technology operations. You will work closely with Engineering to design, develop and maintain our Cloud platform including reliability and security. Working with cross-functional teams and leadership, you will implement controls to ensure that documented delivery compliance and security best practices are followed. You will ensure that our Service Desk team provides our team members with the required hardware and outstanding support.

What You Will Do:


  • Leading the platform services team in designing, developing and maintaining scalable and reliable platform services that meet the needs of our customers and partners.
  • Collaborating with product management and engineering teams to define the roadmap and priorities for platform services.
  • Overseeing the service desk team, which provides support and hardware to internal users.
  • Coordinating with our managed service providers for networking and security.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the platform services team and service desk teams, including resource allocation, project planning, and performance management.
  • Working closely with customers and partners to understand their needs and provide technical guidance and support.
  • Staying current on industry trends and best practices in platform services design and development.
  • Establish goals and metrics for your teams and report on their performance.


What Makes You Special:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in platform services design and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical background in managing AWS cloud computing assets and configuration of serverless, EC2 and RDS assets.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex platform services projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
