Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Fleet Administrator or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of fleet management software is a plus
  • Must comply with drug-free workplace program and pass post-offer mouth swab drug test.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that complies with organizational standards.

As a Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fleet management. This role requires a proactive and efficient individual who can manage multiple tasks, ensure compliance, and maintain high standards of operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the maintenance, repair, and replacement of fleet vehicles
  • Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics using advanced Excel skills
  • Develop and implement effective fleet management strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies
  • Oversee vehicle registration, insurance, and other legal documentation
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
  • Plan and execute fleet-related projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting for fleet expenses
  • Provide regular reports and analyses to senior management
