We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Construction Field Coordinator residing in or south of the Tampa area to join our team.

In this role you will be responsible for: Field walk counts along with coordinating on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed in compliance with the customer's requirements and deadlines. You will work closely with subcontractors to ensure that construction projects progress smoothly and meet quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction schedule coordination.
  • Must reside in or south of Tampa.
  • Must be able to pass a background check, drug test.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of Florida with a clear motor vehicle record.
  • Reliable transportation, and willingness to use personal vehicle daily.
Requirements include:
  • Construction and or Carpentry background
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple job sites, monitoring projects from initial phase to completion.
  • Daily visits to project sites, collaborate with subcontractors or field personnel, ensuring quality standards are met, and issues are resolved.
  • Project walk counts to include all scope items per unit style & per project. Counts & measurements include all interior finishes such as electrical, plumbing, cabinets, countertops, flooring, doors, blinds, etc.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to maximum performance, ensuring an efficient and productive process that meets customer requirements.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of field inspections and property scopes.
  • Create comprehensive reports outlining findings, observations, and recommendations to be given to Project Manager daily.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, Work Remotely, multiple jobsites
