We are currently looking for an energetic self-starter to join the team as a Service Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer’s preventative maintenance (PM) contracts, which includes scheduling, and preparing necessary reports. We’re looking for someone who is detail orientated and has strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will work well across teams, is willing to learn and grow and exercises good judgement.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage customers’ preventive maintenance contracts.
  • Enter new contracts, revise contracts or cancel contracts, as requested by the customer.
  • Open and schedule all PM work orders for monthly service and notify Service Managers and others as necessary of upcoming work.
  • Provide Service, Service Sales and Credit departments with monthly reports of contracts up for renewal.
  • Renew contracts monthly to ensure service is performed on schedule.
  • Respond to customers’ questions and resolve customers’ contract issues.
  • Maintain files on all contacts company wide.
  • Assist Manager in preparing reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer facing positions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with strong attention to detail.
