MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure all policies, processes, and procedures are done to Professional Delivery Providers guidelines & expectations.
Manage the Field Managers daily tasks and support each market with daily communication.
Managing the relationship with Client Management and addressing any concerns or opportunity in the Market.
Monitoring region’s weekly Invoice
Manage region’s Contractor settlements, create weekly settlement and audit for accuracy.
Managing regional productivity. Including seasonal fluctuation planning on volume.
Manage Contractor Recruiting, including managing Field Manager onboarding goals for seasonal planning
Managing within budgeted split
Review monthly regional P&L and overall financials
Managing all emails/calls and assist customer service with customer escalations
Manage regional QBR metrics with internal and external individuals, including daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Review claims metrics to assure timeline, process compliance and trends are monitored and met.
Manage Contractor equipment and uniform compliance
Recruit, onboard and train new Field Management
Maintain Fleet compliance (where applicable).
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monthly Contractor Stand up’s or Tailgate meeting
Assist the stores with any questions/concerns. Help support management team with delivery process.
Provide action plan regarding continuous improvement for KPI metrics, financial control, strong client relations, and great customer service.
Managing and reporting all Client escalations and communicating them to the proper leadership.
Audit Field Manager Store and Field Reports metrics
Assist with Client training and SOW compliance.
