What you'll do:
As a Business Team Member, you will enhance the daily operations of the clinic by providing excellent communication and customer service to our patients. This position will provide positive and professional customer service over the phone and in person, including posting of payments and insurance verifications, scheduling patient appointments, and going over treatment plans. You are a vital role in the daily operations of the practice.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous dental experience preferred
- Leadership and multitasking abilities
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Superior attention to detail
Patient Care Hours:
Monday through Thursday 7:30am to 5:00pm
