Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescriptionThe Inventory Clerk Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts of Inventory items (Raw Materials, Sub Assembly, and Finished Goods)

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible Daily Cycle Counts.
  • Responsible for Account Alias Approvals and transactions. 
  • Verify Clerical computation against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reason for Discrepancies.
  • Stocks and issues parts.
  • Effectively communicating daily with other Warehouse Lead’s, Production Supervisor and management on any inventory requirements. 
  • Maintain an organized storage area for all, Raw Materials, Sub assembly and Finished Goods.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of Oracle ERP systems and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Treats people with respect; works with integrity and ethically, Upholds organizational values.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

BenefitsKnowles is committed to providing a competitive and fair total compensation package for all employees.
 
One element in our total compensation package is base pay.  The starting salary pay for this role is targeted between &17 - $20 per hour.

Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to previous experience and skills acquired prior to joining Knowles, cost of living in the assigned work location, assigned schedule, and salaries of similarly situated peers at the company.  It is to be expected that candidates will come to us with different sets of skills and experiences and therefore will be paid at different points in the stated range.  We recognize that the person(s) we select for hire may be less experienced or more experienced than the role as posted; if this is the case, any updates to available salary ranges will be communicated with candidates during the recruitment process.
