Responsibilities:

  • Legal Work: Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents, conducting legal research, and preparing case materials.
  • Collections: Manage the collections process, including tracking outstanding payments, contacting clients regarding balances, and coordinating with legal teams as necessary.
  • Reputation Management: Support efforts to maintain a positive online presence by monitoring and responding to online reviews and customer feedback, ensuring the company's reputation remains strong.

Qualifications:

  • Paralegal certification or relevant legal experience.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with collections processes is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with reputation management practices and tools is a plus.

Hours and Compensation:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
