Keep reading to see how you can join our team as a service advisor at KIA of Murfreesboro We offer a competitive, aggressive compensation package which will commensurate with experience and performance, PLUS: Team atmosphere, safe work environment Employee discounts on products, services, and vehicle purchases 5-day Work Week-SATURDAYS REQUIRED Closed on Sundays Employer-Paid Holidays + Paid Time Off Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Career advancement opportunities and promotions from within Paid Training Long-term and Short-term Disability Employee Assistance Program Company-paid life insurance for full-time employees (additional coverage available) Charity and Community Outreach Opportunities Skillset enhancement opportunities Employee Recognition Programs Well established in the community Your Responsibilities & Essential Job Duties: Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer’s payment, including deductibles Prepare repair order by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs Confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns Consult with customers on applicable service specials and keep customer informed on completion times and services expenses Apply now We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
