As a Radiology CT Scan Technologist, you will be responsible for performing CT scans on patients and ensuring their safety and comfort during the procedure. You will work closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis

**$10K Sign On Bonus (external candidates only)**

Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT scans on patients using advanced imaging equipment
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during the procedure
  • Prepare patients for the CT scan and explain the procedure to them
  • Position patients correctly and operate the CT scanner to obtain high-quality images
  • Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to interpret and analyze CT images
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
  • Calibrate and maintain the CT scanner to ensure its proper functioning
  • Assist in the training and supervision of other staff members, if required

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
  • ARRT-CT Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT): Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Computed Tomography (CT).
  • Current certification as a CT Scan Technologist
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Scan Technologist
  • Excellent knowledge of CT scanning procedures and equipment
  • Strong understanding of anatomy and medical terminology
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
