Insurance Receptionist

Responsibilities:- Track office expenses and perform basic bookkeeping duties
- Stock the office with supplies and call maintenance for office equipment repairs, as needed
- Adjust to the needs of the company and help other insurance team members when necessary
- Respond to emails and phone calls to help customers solve problems quickly and direct their inquiries to the right person
- Arrange travel dates, company events, and other necessary appointments
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to use Excel and standard word-processing programs
- High school diploma or GED required, Associate’s Degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Able to complete data entry tasks with ease
- Two years of prior experience in customer service or insurance industry preferred
- Proven track record of strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and communication skills, both written and verbal
