Pay rate: $17.00 per hour

What’s a typical day as a Receptionist? You’ll be:
• Receiving calls from 3 sites, handling approximately 100 calls per day
• Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar
• Answering phone calls, checking in/out patients, and taking payments
• Logging repairs and new orders in the ER system
• Multitasking and providing excellent customer service to hearing impaired individuals and other patients
• Scanning documents
• Collaborating with 2 other Receptionists and reporting to the Office Manager
• Working in a busy and chaotic environment

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma
• Have moderate computer skills and can easily learn new software
• Are patient, customer service-driven, and can handle changing tasks throughout the day
• Can work staggered hours from 8:30am-5pm with a 30-minute lunch and 2 breaks
