Position Overview: The Lead Audio Video Integrator will oversee and execute the installation, configuration, and maintenance of audio, video, and lighting systems for residential projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead installation and integration of audio, video, and lighting systems.
  • Perform rack installation, new construction A/V installations, and network terminations.
  • Program and configure control systems (Control4, URC).
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in audio/video integration for residential and commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in rack installation, network termination, and control system programming.
  • Preferred certifications: URC, CEDIA, CONTROL4
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs, work in various weather conditions, and stand for 8+ hours.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
