Essential duties and responsibilities

As a pivotal member of our team, the Customer Service Associate is entrusted with preserving Express Wash Concepts' distinguished reputation for providing unparalleled, friendly, and efficient customer service. We are in search of an individual who excels in meeting deadlines, collaborates seamlessly within a team, and proactively seeks assistance when needed.  In this dynamic role, your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and customer tickets, delivering timely and customer-centric resolutions.
  • Provide invaluable assistance to location staff by troubleshooting account issues.
  • Execute refunds, cancellations, and package changes in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer information in WashAssist and Salesforce.
  • Thoughtfully respond to online customer reviews.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required to ensure a seamless customer service experience.

 Job Requirements 

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to technology platforms, including Salesforce, Microsoft, WashAssist, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated conflict resolution abilities
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently

Ideal candidates exhibit excellent communication skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, organizational capabilities, ease with multitasking, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

This position predominantly involves working with customers and staff from our locations, addressing a variety of issues such as account concerns, transaction refunds, account modifications, and responding to customer service inquiries.
