Crozier House, a program of Catholic Charities Worcester is a voluntary residential substance use treatment program for males ages 18 years and older. Residents work, pay rent and attend regular sessions with their assigned counselor, attend Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous programs, and commit to remaining sober in the facility.


This individual will provide counseling, both individually and in group settings, while being responsible for the overall development, implementation and evaluation of treatment planning and educational programs for all residents within the Crozier House Residential Recovery Home Program. This is a full time position We offer a generous comprehensive benefit package.


Hours: Tuesday 3pm-11pm

Wed-Sat Flexible (either 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm or 11pm-7am).

Requirements:

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor certification (CADC), or possess that of a Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor, level II (LADC-II), CPR-First Aid Certified and trained in overdose prevention, knowledge of the human services field with special knowledge of substance use and the role of a recovery home model, a base knowledge from introductory courses in addiction and co-occurring disorders, as well as course experience in the skills and techniques of counseling.
