Your Role:

As an Occupational Health Specialist, you will be on the front lines of providing immediate care and support at our client’s project site. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Emergency Response: Stabilize injuries by responding promptly to accidents, assessing injury severity, and administering first aid as needed.
  • Advanced Care Coordination: Identify serious injuries requiring further treatment, coordinate with ambulance services, and ensure patients receive the necessary care.
  • Documentation: Accurately record all first aid actions and maintain comprehensive logs as per PMR and client requirements.
  • Supply Management: Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies, place orders as needed, and verify receipt to ensure readiness.
  • Safety & Compliance: Uphold a safe and healthy work environment by following established standards and legal regulations.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Certification: Licensed or certified EMT (National Registry certification preferred but not required).
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred, though not required.
  • Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel) and excellent communication skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, manage multiple tasks, and coordinate with an offsite Operations Manager.
