Position Overview:
We are seeking a committed and skilled Rehabilitative Therapy Specialist to join our team. This full-time role requires a strong background in occupational therapy, focusing on enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized therapy plans to support residents in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in electronic health record systems.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required; preference will be given to candidates with a Master's or Doctorate degree in the field.
- Proficiency in electronic documentation systems, including Casamba and Point Click Care.
- Must hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in the state and be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program recognized by NBCOT.
- Current, unencumbered, active Colorado Physical Therapy License is mandatory.
- Compliance with COVID vaccination requirements or valid exemption is necessary.
