Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing/Business Development Specialist to join our fertility practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, fostering relationships with referral sources, and driving business growth for the practice.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote fertility services and attract new patients.

Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media posts.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians, healthcare providers, and community organizations to generate patient referrals.

Plan and organize events, workshops, and seminars to educate the community about fertility treatments and services.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates, to optimize campaigns.

Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in fertility healthcare marketing.

Collaborate with the business development team to identify partnership opportunities and strategic alliances.

Assist in developing marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting on ROI for marketing initiatives.

Provide training and support to staff members on marketing strategies and tools.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in marketing and business development within the healthcare industry, particularly in fertility or reproductive medicine.

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and presentations.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.

Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards related to marketing activities.

Certification in Marketing or Business Development is a plus.
