Job Pay: $24-25 Hourly.

Department: Accounting Department

Report to: Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Location: Diamond Bar, CA

Business Hours: Mon- Fri, 9am – 6pm

Job Overview: The Accounts Receivable Specialist I will be a key member of the organization. This person will be responsible for the timely processing and input of the daily sales receipts from the stores. This Department processes a high volume of invoices for multiple-store and holdings entities. We require a person who is initiative-taking, experience, organized, detail-oriented, has excellent time-management, teamwork, and a high level of accuracy in the matter of processing and processing daily sales transaction for each location on a timely manner.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Receive, open, and organize daily sales journal and credit card receipts from stores every Friday.
  • Prepare and review monthly AR reports, sales data analysis, chargeback, and related reports
  • Review and verify the store’s daily sales journal report.
  • Process and verify the daily sales information data in the system.
  • POS report and insert formula for tax calculation.
  • Preparation and filing for Sales Tax with Multiple locations in CA and AZ
  • Assist in residential and Commercial Rental Property invoice, review lease agreement, collection, review aging and sales tax filling
  • Verify and research against the sales journal report if there is discrepancy.
  • Verify and research credit card chargeback.
  • Box and stock all stores sales journal, reports and credit card receipt each month for each store.
  • Prepare and verify bank check for deposit.
  • Tenant collection and apply rental payment..

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Accounts receivables working experience in; retail, restaurant, manufacturing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe.
