Position Overview:

As a Lead Epoxy Technician, you will:

- Implement specialized techniques to preserve and restore homes.

- Play a vital role in revamping homes with a blend of artistry and technical skill, all taught to you

- Work in a supportive and collaborative environment that values your innovative spirit and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct on-site evaluations of wood surfaces requiring repair.

- Apply epoxy resin using the latest techniques and equipment.

- Repair damaged wood surfaces, including rot, decay, and other forms of deterioration.

- Maintain a highly clean and highly organized work environment.

- Collaborate and communicate effectively with our clients, whom we fondly refer to as "neighbors," to ensure high-quality repairs and service.

- Ensure each project is completed to the highest standards.

- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve collective goals.

Requirements:

-Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

-Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

-Own and are comfortable using a smartphone.

-Ability to pass a range of motion physical examination.

- Pass an opioid-only drug screening

-Comfortably work on small ladders as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
