We are looking for a skilled Garage Floor Specialist with experience in Epoxy or Concrete finishing.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in verifying job orders and ensure all necessary materials are prepared for installation.
Prepare residential and commercial concrete surfaces using grinders. Mix and apply Polyurea/Epoxy surface coatings in various settings such as garages, patios, and basements utilizing the latest polyurea floor coating technology and organizational systems including slatwalls, cabinets, and hooks.
Identify and resolve issues as they arise during the installation process.
Lead and supervise crew members on-site.
Maintain high standards of quality assurance and quality control throughout the project.
Qualifications:
Positive Attitude
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Minimum of 2 years of experience in concrete finishing/coating
Proven experience in leading teams
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent communication abilities
All candidates must meet eligibility requirements for Renuity Home motor vehicle checks and pass criminal background checks.
