Position Overview:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with A Behavioral Approach, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee the implementation of interventions by a team of behavior technicians. Additionally, you will provide ongoing training and support to staff, collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team, and monitor client progress to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

-       Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client needs.

-       Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs targeting skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and socialization.

-       Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians and other direct care staff.

-       Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings.

-       Utilize data collection and analysis methods to monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.

-       Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes, treatment summaries, and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

-       Stay current with best practices, research findings, and ethical guidelines in the field of ABA therapy.

Qualifications:

-       Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

-       Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required, or scheduled to sit for exam within 3 months

-       Minimum of 1 years of experience providing ABA therapy services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

-       Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs), developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and designing individualized ABA programs.

-       Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in behavior analytic techniques, data collection methods, and behavior management strategies.

-       Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

-       Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing needs and circumstances.

-       Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
