Job Summary

Inner Circle Autism Network is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our multidisciplinary team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional ABA therapy services to children with developmental and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in collaboration with our passionate team of professionals.
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children, tailoring approaches to meet their individual needs and preferences.
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques and positive reinforcement to teach adaptive skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Record and maintain accurate data on client progress to facilitate effective treatment planning.
  • Foster a warm and supportive rapport with clients and their families to create a nurturing therapeutic environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • No prior experience or RBT certification required; we offer comprehensive training to all successful candidates.
  • A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the team and families.
