Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Therapitas is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy company dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality services to the Latino/Hispanic community in Oklahoma. We are seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee client ABA programs and lead our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct behavioral and skills assessments to inform treatment plans
  • Design and maintain comprehensive treatment programs for clients
  • Supervise and train teams responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress through data-based progress monitoring
  • Provide parent/family training and support, including monthly clinic/progress meetings
  • As needed, provide direct/indirect behavioral services to clients in individual and group sessions

Requirements:
  • Masters degree
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Licensed in OK
  • Knowledge of behavior analytic interventions
  • Functional behavioral assessment
  • Experience in emergency/crisis intervention
  • Experience supervising RBTs preferred
