Position Title: Brand Developer
Role: Business Development Representative I or II, depending on previous experience.
Purpose: To find brands who have the problem we solve, connect with them, and educate them on our new technology. This is the foundational position for our sales team.
Proficiencies:

Performance: your success in this role will be primarily evaluated based on sales performance, most importantly, the number of brands who schedule a demo of our technology. Your success will also depend on your ability to work well within the team, including contributing your good ideas, and supporting others.
Hiring Process: We have a 3-interview hiring process. We also ask candidates to arrange personal references because we conduct a reference check for candidates who make it through the interviews.
