Purpose

The Manager of Commercial Operations is responsible for leading commercial operations activities for VasoHealthcare focused on opportunities, orders, revenue, and market visibility/share. Will partner with OEM partners, Commercial Enablement, Finance, Sales and other functions to drive operational excellence and rigor, support order and revenue execution, improve reporting accuracy, and analyze performance and results. The Manager of Commercial Operations will ensure efficient commercial operations, lead process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine models to accurately forecast orders and revenue and provide decision support.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to validate deal opportunities and identify risks to achieving quarterly financial forecast.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership, Commercial Enablement, Finance, and Operations to drive measurements and maintain accurate opportunity funnel, backlog accuracy and achievement of orders and revenue targets.
  • Assist in analytics related to overall business planning and business development focused on execution of operating plans and market performance.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators to identify trends, suggest focus areas, highlight actions needed to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Enhance and support communication plan, operating mechanisms, reporting and metrics to support key business imperatives focused on improving efficiency and the commercial process.
  • Support Sales, Commercial Operations and Finance on process compliance matters related to order booking and revenue recognition.
  • Provide training and support to the operations team to ensure effective performance and development.
  • Directly supervise the Vaso Sales Support Manager

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Finance, or Sales in a matrixed business environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate cross functionally.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Data analysis preparation and presentation capabilities.
  • Proficient in Excel and experience using reporting tools & commercial platforms (Power BI, Salesforce).
  • Ability to work with and through high number of details and multiple priorities.
  • Team-centric, service-minded, committed, passionate and inquisitive.
  • Work time flexibility during quarter and year end.
