  • Manage defined electrical processes throughout the entire program or project lifecycle
  • Expert
    -level of integration and testing engineering leadership to manage workflow processes
  • Collaborative, creative thinker and successfully lead a designing team for complex projects
  • Effective communication skills, capacity to drive innovation, and meet work concepts
  • Lead cross
    -functional teams for resources, schedules, budgets, and equipment management
  • Follow requirements for testing and evaluating complex electrical systems and subsystems
  • Work directly with Engineers for testing concepts, principles, and theories
  • Awareness for company business objectives and direct Engineers to meet these goals
  • Collaborative and creative thinker to lead the designing teams for complex projects


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BS Degree in EE, Engineering Sciences or Mathematics
  • Current Secret DoD Clearance is required
  • 10 years of benchtop EE testing for designs, verification testing, and debugging circuit card assemblies
  • 10 years of Automated Test Equipment for product design, analysis, and maintenance

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in EE, Engineering Sciences or Mathematics
