Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa (must be onsite Mon-Fri)

Pay: $15-$20 per hour + monthly commissions based on individual performance

Hours per week: 20-35 Hours per week (your choice) - Flexible on schedule (for example, onsite 9am-2pm or 10am-4pm, Mon-Fri).

Position: Seeking Sales Rep, to work onsite from our Cedar Rapids office. Must have good customer service and phone skills, with proficiency using a computer (Windows, Mac or Chromebook).

Duties: This job also entails heavy calling on candidates suitable for job opportunities, plus sending out emails/texts, reviewing resumes, as well as pre-screening selected candidates, and submitting the best candidates forward to the CEO. Your time will predominantly be spent sending out emails, texted, phone calls with candidates and syncing up with the CEO to review daily updates, discussion topics and next steps.

The two main ingredients needed:

(i) Heavy cold calling / emailing out to candidates about job opportunities that they may be interested in

(iii) Good phone skills

…if you have both of these, then you are a good candidate.

Holidays: 6 standard days during the year
