Position Overview: As the Lead AI Product Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our AI product strategy and execution, driving the development and launch of AI-powered solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations. You'll lead a team of talented product managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class AI products. If you're a seasoned product leader with a passion for AI technology and a track record of delivering successful products, we want you on our team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy: Define and drive the strategic vision and roadmap for AI-powered products, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, direction, and support in driving product innovation and execution.
  3. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, informing product strategy and priorities.
  4. Product Definition: Define product requirements and specifications, working closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure alignment and feasibility.
  5. Feature Prioritization: Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility, balancing short-term and long-term goals.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, marketing, and sales, to deliver end-to-end product solutions.
  7. Project Management: Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, coordinating activities and resources to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  8. User Experience: Champion user-centered design principles, ensuring products are intuitive, engaging, and deliver a seamless user experience.
  9. Metrics and Analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for AI-powered products, tracking performance and iterating based on data-driven insights.
  10. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and drive adoption and retention of AI-powered products.
  11. Thought Leadership: Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI technology and industry trends, providing thought leadership and guidance on best practices and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI-driven products and technologies.
  • Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of product managers.
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with experience working with data science and engineering teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI-powered products from concept to market.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs and market trends into product strategy and execution.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
