General Description:

The Marketing and Media Operations Manager will serve as the primary conduit between the Mount Zion roster of ministries and the creative department to ensure alignment on the creative brief, and timely delivery of assets as well as to foster collaborative dialogue. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

The Marketing and Media Operations Manager will be an avid project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, fosters clear and effective communication, and can manage multiple projects without compromising the integrity of work. Key responsibilities include:

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Serve as day-to-day liaison between ministry leaders and the Marketing and Media creative team to build collaborative relationships, develop creative briefs, and ensure alignment on deliverables and timing.
  • Serve as a proactive and creative problem-solver who brings passion, enthusiasm, and innovation to the team and overall organization. Collaborate with creative, social media, IT, technical arts, and ministry teams to meet department deliverables.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications:

 

Strong Customer Service Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong proofreading skills with a keen eye for details

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

Team player with a desire to innovate and collaborate.

Availability to workweek days, weekends, and non-traditional hours as needed.

Being organized and staying on schedule

Customer service and people skills. Meeting people where they are and connecting with them to make the process easy and palatable for them through explaining technical and creative terminology to persons seeking marketing assistance.
