Galactic is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the charge across our three core marketing pillars: Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Corporate Marketing/Brand. This role is your platform to make a significant impact, guiding an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with our ambitious goals, while managing budget and resources efficiently.

Harness data to understand the buyer's journey, aiming for increased reach, engagement, lead conversion, customer revenue growth, and churn reduction. Master a mix of digital and offline channels including SEM, ABM, content marketing, social media, events, email marketing, SEO, partnerships, and more to drive robust product marketing, public relations, and brand strategies. Build strong connections across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to uncover growth opportunities and ensure strategic alignment. Manage our marketing tech stack and oversee operations for precise data collection and analysis.

What We Need You To Do?

  • Prepare marketing program goals and strategies that will propel company growth and in direct support of company objectives.
  • Use exceptional project management skills to ensure team coordination in executing cooperative and independent projects.
  • Train, coach, develop, and mentor the marketing team.
  • Prepare and oversee the preparation of team onboarding.
  • Conduct team and individual status and sprint meetings.
  • Collaborate with Galactic leadership team to ensure tight alignment on annual and quarterly plans.
  • Prepare department OKRs and support individual OKRs.
  • Review, analyze, and communicate marketing metrics as well as plans to support reaching goals
  • Lead the planning and execution of in person and virtual events and conferences, including attending in person.
  • Oversee and provide strategic guidance and directly support SEM, ABM, content marketing, social media, conference and event marketing, email marketing, SEO, partnerships, referral programs, PR and brand management, design, and product marketing.
  • Ensure resource allocation and guidance for the development of sales, customer success, and partner enablement materials.
  • Use Google Analytics, Hubspot, and other solutions to review and analyze marketing, sales, and customer data.
  • Become an expert in the Company product suite.
  • Recruit and oversee external marketing vendor and consultants, ensuring alignment on goals, quality work and timely deliverables.

What Will Make You Successful?

  • 5-7 years of marketing leadership experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Exceptional understanding of key SaaS and marketing metrics and the motions that drive them.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills which will be leveraged within the marketing team, across the organization, and externally.
  • Ability to quickly understand Company and go to market goals and continue to evolve them over time.
  • Strong experience leading, nurturing, training, and developing an integrated digital marketing team.
  • Deep understanding of the buyers journey, including top, middle, and bottom of funnel strategies that drive results.
  • Solid working understanding of Hubspot CRM.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including strong business judgment and the ability to present data in an easy to understand way.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, both in person and virtual.
  • Comfortable leading a remote team.
  • Strong project management skills and experience driving cross functional projects end to end.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and influence skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation.
  • Hubspot certification(s) may be beneficial but is not required.
  • Background and proven track record driving growth with search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Semrush, ahrefs, AnswerThePublic, Moz, and Ubersuggest.
  • Education in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Business Management may be beneficial but is not required.
