As we embark on this new chapter, we’re looking for a talented and motivated baker/pastry chef to join our team.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and creative baker/pastry chef who is confident in their abilities and passionate about crafting high-quality baked goods. The ideal candidate will take the lead in developing and executing new menu items, requiring minimal supervision. This role demands a detail-oriented individual who can consistently deliver exceptional products while contributing innovative ideas to elevate our offerings. You will be responsible for developing and producing a variety of baked goods, including pastries, breads, and specialty items, while collaborating with the team to create and test new recipes that align with our brand and customer preferences. Additionally, you will maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, manage inventory, including ordering ingredients and managing costs, and ensure the consistent quality and presentation of all baked items. Adherence to all health and safety regulations is essential.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will have proven experience as a baker or pastry chef with a strong understanding of baking techniques and the science of baking. A creative mindset with the ability to innovate and bring new ideas to the menu is crucial. Excellent time management and organizational skills are required, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a focus on quality are essential attributes. While a culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus, it is not mandatory.
