Case Manager for Domestic Violence Agency

The Domestic Violence Case Manager provides a full range of direct services to survivors of domestic violence in our shelter. This position will work with other Case Managers, when client issues arise, to mediate and resolve problems with shelter clients. This will require administrative tasks in reviewing and maintaining a caseload of clients. Position will also have a keen focus on connecting clients and families to supportive services and community resources, including Housing, Employment, Health, and Mental Health, and other needed services. M - F basic business hours. Temp for 6 months.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS degree in behavioral sciences, social services, psychology or another related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
- Three years of experience working with survivors of domestic violence in direct services.
- Completion of 40-hour DV Certification. Proof will be required.
