We are currently in search of an enthusiastic and goal-oriented individual to smash the Fitness Sales Associate role at our RockBox Fitness
Studio in Gainesville, VA. Paid training, flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts available part-time. Full-time positions available for exceptional individuals.

Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for sales of membership, apparel, and nutrition supplements on an hourly PLUS commission basis

• Managing members in the studio with focus on lead management through calls, texts, email, and community engagement

• Must have a vibrant personality and be great on the phone and able to engage with members both in person and on digital media

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and studio area at all times

• Provide assistance during and between classes and as needed to reset equipment or demonstrate exercises and guide members to the next station.

• Ensuring members feel welcome at all times and a passion for fitness and helping others is mandatory
