This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to learn and hone their skills from one of Buffalo's greatest chefs, Eric Nessa.

Eric's menu features original creations inspired by regional Italian cuisine with an emphasis on high quality ingredients and a slow food approach to cooking. We offer a great work environment and competive pay and a $500 SIGNING BONUS.

Starting wage: $18 - $24 per hour depending on experience.

Must be available to work nights and weekends.

Minimum one year experience working in a kitchen is required.

Responsibilities

  • Set up station with neccessary mise-en-place for service.
  • Complete prep work in a timely fashion prior to service
  • Properly execute dishes during service with accuracy, quality and care.
  • Take direction from the Chef and Sous Chef
  • Stock inventory appropriately
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Comply with sanitation regulations, safety standards and personal hygiene standards.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food at end of service.
