Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Prep Cook - Line Chef to join our culinary team. As a Prep Cook - Line Chef, you will be responsible for preparing stations, cooking food, and maintaining cleanliness in our kitchen. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare stations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality
  • Participate in inventory management and ordering of supplies
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a restaurant cook or equivalent culinary experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
