Job description
We are a 78-year-old family business focusing on bringing our customers quality in the fields of petroleum & lubrication equipment. Our core focus is on sales, service, and installation of the equipment we sell. We are looking for long-term, career-minded individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Opens work orders as directed, updates technician information and prepares the work orders for billing. Update customers with ETAs, and status.
  • Monitors work orders that are currently in progress to ensure that they are closed in a timely manner. Maintain the open order schedule.
  • Processes Service Department warranty claims.
  • Monitors cash work orders and communicates with billing team to ensure all payments are received.
  • Assists with the planning of the field technicians' daily routes.
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone and email.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Complete service billing in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Assist Management in various office functions as required/requested.

Skills

This job utilizes a multitude of skills, so we need a self-starter with an energetic, outgoing, and positive attitude. Must be adaptable, willing, and able to perform various tasks and physical duties. Proficiency on the computer and eventually on our system (P21) is necessary. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
