Responsibilities   

Ignyte is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented individual Financial Consulting Manager to join our team on a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office. This role is crucial in overseeing financial operations, planning, and reporting, significantly impacting a high-growth and fast-paced environment.  

  • Utilize your expertise to perform in-depth company valuations, construct detailed operating and cash flow models, conduct industry and competitive landscape assessments, execute M&A transactions, and engage in private/public financings.  

  • Leverage your previous client-facing experience in consulting, public accounting, private equity, venture capital, or investment banking to enhance our client services.  

  • Analyze financial information to forecast business expectations, develop financial analytics solutions for strategic planning, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements. Identify cost-saving opportunities and prepare budgets and forecasts.  

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, managing relationships with external partners and stakeholders to gather relevant data for forecasting purposes.  

  • Analyze historical trends and market conditions, providing insights into potential financial risks and opportunities. Present reports tracking financial performance and explaining variances and trends to senior management.  

  • Assist in creating long-term financial models and projections, contributing to annual budgeting and forecasting processes.  

  • Evaluate financial performance against key business metrics and benchmarks, consolidating data from various sources into a comprehensive reporting package.  

  • Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge, consistently delivering high-quality client services by monitoring progress.  

What We're Looking For:    

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of financial reporting experience, with significant consulting experience.  

  • Strong data analytical skills with a solid foundation in mathematics and systems. Experience in process improvement, automation, standardization, and policy development.  

  • Strong experience in Financial Planning and Analytics.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience in creating and manipulating dashboards.  

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences.  

  • Local to DC area
