Territory Sales Representative - Industrial Water Pumps - Base Salary to 52k/year -Orlando, FL

  • Our client is a family-owned company with almost 100 years in the industry serving thousands of customers throughout the world. They specialize in the design, manufacturing, servicing, renting, and selling of large water pumps. Their expertise and products have made them a world leader in pump design, and they accomplish this by being consistent, self-disciplined, and staying true to their core values.
  • In this role, the Territory Sales Representative will be a results-driven leader who leverages sales expertise to drive profitability and penetrate new accounts. The Territory Sales Representative will possess strong analytical skills, persistence, and prospective skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Rent pumps and related equipment to new and existing customers.
  • Identify, open, and create new business in the territory.
  • Manage and develop existing accounts and clients, nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and targets with evidence-based sales plans.
  • Use and maintain the company’s CRM platform.
  • Conduct job site analysis and regular market research.
  • Provide weekly call reports and maintain detailed records on key accounts.
  • Communicate and coordinate with coworkers, Branch Managers, and Rental Service Managers.
  • Develop and maintain professional technical knowledge of products and services.
  • Utilize excellent interpersonal skills, maintain an enthusiastic attitude, and work effectively both independently and in a team.

Qualifications:

  • BS in Business, Engineering or related field of study preferred
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the construction industry, industrial equipment sales, or pumps
  • Experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce preferred
  • A proven history of meeting sales targets and penetrating new accounts
  • 'Willingness and ability to travel to current and target clients

Compensation:

  • Base salary to 52k/year, plus the opportunity to earn bonuses and commission
