About the Position:

Great for: High school students, graduate students, and novice puzzle solvers

Are you creative and enjoy solving problems? We are looking for an individual who enjoys bringing order to any situation. You will directly assist our Print Production Manager with order producing and finishing digital print jobs. You must be highly organized and self-driven with the desire for responsibility. The ideal candidate for this position is a team player with a high energy and excellent customer service skills.

Position Duties (but not limited to):

  • Providing outstanding service to customers
  • Working with production to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers
  • Engage in production operations, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Boxing up and labeling orders
  • Folding/Bagging/Tagging finished jobs
  • Operate various machinery with precision and care. Basic knowledge of machine operation is preferred but not essential.
  • Receive training on a range of various finishing machinery.
  • Be adaptable and willing to assist in different areas of the operation as needed.
  • Computerized logging and tracking
  • General cleaning and upkeep

Position Desired Requirements:

  • Customer service exposure
  • Excellent problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • At least one year of print industry (or related) experience
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Communicating with diplomacy and tact
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Professional demeanor
  • Outgoing and pleasant attitude
  • Basic understanding of digital machinery operation (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong work ethic and a genuine desire for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Willingness to be involved in various aspects of the business beyond typical job duties.
  • Passionate about pursuing a long-term career, not just a job.
