Job DescriptionJob Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking hard working, reliable concrete laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate is eagerto learn the trade and can adjust to multiple demands and changing priorities. 

Salary: $23 to $28 per hour depending on level of experience

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Demo worksites, dig trenches and prepare for new concrete pour or placement
  • Setting and stripping forms
  • Setting and tying rebar
  • Mix and pour concrete
  • Follow all safety protocols when using tools and equipment
  • Load and off-load materials, tools, and equipment at each job site 
  • Clean up the job site when the project is complete

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years old or older 
  • 1+ year of concrete or skilled labor experience preferred 
  • Knowledge of standard construction equipment and materials
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, dig, and walk and stand for long periods of time
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Able to work in inclement weather, heat and humidity and exposure to dust
  • Regular and punctual attendance at job sites
  • Understand, speak, read and write English
  • Valid Driver's License

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, part-time and full-time positions available (please specify preference)

Company Details:

Centerline General Construction Inc. is a concrete subcontractor specializing in concrete foundations for remodels and new construction. We are based in Lake Elsinore, CA but most job sites are based in Orange County. Carpool options may be available when feasible.
